We offer 12 month lease terms. Applicants must be 18 or older, provide proof of income, pass a background check, and meet credit requirements.
What is the application fee and deposit?
Our non refundable application fees are $75 per applicant 18 and over. Deposits for a 1 bedroom are $150 and 2 bedrooms are $250. Additional deposits may be required for applications that are conditionally approved.
How do I schedule a tour?
Tours can be scheduled online through our contact page or by calling the leasing office directly. Walk-ins are also welcome during office hours!
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer both reserved and general parking for residents. Guest parking is also available.
Are utilities included?
